I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal growth journey.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Barry University in 2007, followed by a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the same institution in 2008. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working in county truancy programs, state psychiatric hospitals, county jails, community mental health agencies, and federally qualified health centers. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the complexities of mental health and the unique struggles individuals face.
I specialize in working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. I take a compassionate and client-centered approach, ensuring that you feel heard, valued, and empowered in your healing journey.
I believe that everyone deserves support in their journey to emotional well-being, and I am committed to helping you rediscover your strength, resilience, and self-worth. Whether you’re facing a difficult transition, struggling with self-doubt, or seeking personal growth, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.
